Elizabeth Pernell

Elizabeth Pernell, Office Manager of Belcher & COMPANY was born and raised in Moundsville, WV. After graduating from John Marshall High School in 1987, she attended West Liberty State College graduating in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. After several years of life experience and work, she enrolled in the master’s program at Wheeling Jesuit University and received an M.S. degree in Organizational Leadership in 2009. Elizabeth comes to us with over 12 years of experience gained from working in the financial services industry. Through this experience, she has developed a great sense of importance with building and maintaining client relationships, developing company goals, resolving operational concerns and helping to create strategies to improve efficiency. She enjoys engaging with clients and making their experience personable. In the community, she has worked closely with many organizations such as Habitat for Humanity where she was a member of the board, WV Elks State Major Project as President (which is a camp provided to disable children at no cost), member of the First Church of God in McMechen, organizer of the Elks back-pack program for Ritchie and Center McMechen Elementary Schools as well as working closely with Moundsville Helping Heroes and the Family Resource Network. Since relocating to Florida, she hopes to continue community endeavors and give back. Elizabeth resides in Cape Coral, FL with her husband, Larry and son Lawrance. Away from the office, Elizabeth enjoys quality family time, traveling and just relaxing by the pool-now that she can enjoy sun year-round.
